Vumatel Fibre installation

Absolutely shocking, our paving is still not put back after nearly 4 months, no one is coming back to us.

When i did the connection with Vumatel, they came to do the connecetion told me everything is working and i must just connect my rooter. AFter singing the docs they left, and to my disbelief none of the stuff is working, i've phone probably a 100 times. The call centre staff is uselless and the people setup appointments and never pitch, then you have to call the call centre and they just say sorry they can't get hold of it. I will never in my intire life deal with vumatel again.
