Vumatel Fibre install

Extremely disappointed in vumatel, we waited all week for the fibre line to be installed and activated, eventually they installed it yesterday just to tell us that there is a fibre issue in the area for the past 2 weeks since 26 October 2024 and they dont know when it will be fixed. I dont understand how you can wait 2 weeks to fix a fibre issue
