Vumatel fibre

I have installed Vumatel at my home since September and paid 378 which was the installation fee plus activation fee ,they have debited yet again on the 21st of September but there's no internet, I gave them numerous calls but still no help ,I am fed up because it's like I am paying for the services that is not rendered ,pls assist me win this regard .
