Vumatel fibre down for almost two weeks.

Vumatel fibre down in the Kuils River area for almost two weeks.I am in Mabille Park Kuils River area.Really disappointed with Vumatel's service.It's really unacceptable that Vumatel takes so long to restore the fibre. This is really bad service.Hope something can be done urgently. Thank you
