VUMATEL FIBRE DISAPPOINTING

Vumatel recently came to redirect their fibre line into my unit. The workers were without a ladder and stood on my kitchen cupboards to lead the cable along the cupboards. They broke a shelf. Also I showed them where I wanted them to install the unit and when I came in from the garden a little while later they had firmly installed it elsewhere. Really disappointed in Vumatel.
