Vumatel fibre

Internet down for day four now. Logged a fault with my ISP. Vumatel came out did some work defect not rectified. However vumatel closed the item saying that issue is resolved but fault is still present. Unfortunately vumatel hide behind the ISP SO YOU CAN NOT CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY. Sub standard service and I would not recommend anyone use their service. Marketing is good but once you have signed up you just get the runaround.
