Vumatel fibre break repair request
Been trying to get an indication on when a maintenance team will be able to come out to my property to repair a fibre break since reporting it on monday. I haven't recieved any reference numbers or anything and it seems like everytime I call, the operator opens a new ticket so not sure what's happening. I just need an indication please of what's going on so that I can make another plan or decide what to do. Please can someone contact me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

20 Oct 2020, 10:30after all that, they send out 3 teams during the week, all 3 teams came and tell me the same thing, "It needs to be repaired" DUHHHHH!!! Vumatel staff must be single handedly keeping big pharma in business by making stupid pills for them. Got a quote from "Nano-FiBBer" for R2k. Fixed it myself for R80, what a bunch of useless a-holes.
