Vumatel fibre bad service

Hello, been out off connection for more than 48hours.call logged with the service consultant Nandi and no one has still come through to fix the connection. I'm loosing business vumatel it's almost two days now. This must be fixed urgently this morning.... For as much as you come running to install please come running to fix my issue. Mofolo central jabavu soweto Elias Motsoaledi Road 1227a... I have more than 3 references already regarding this issue.
