Vumatel fibre and Amobia WiFi not acting on requests to Connect my WiFi!!

I’ve now been waiting for 1 week to have my Vumatel and Amobia WiFi connected without success!! Promises Promises!!! I need my WiFi connected!!!! Until now despite a whole week of complaining have no one still come to my house to check connections or Connectivity for support. Disappointing
