Vumatel Fibre Activation Frustrations

My Fibre was installed on the 7th of December and the installation guys told me that it will be activated within 48 hours. I have been calling Vumatel to escalated the matter. 2 weeks later my fibre line has not been activated. I was told Vumatel tell was the best fibre service provider however based on their service i think otherwise.
