Vumatel fibre a NO SHOW - BEWARE!!!

Vumatel rolled-out fibre in Vaalpark with order placed via Telkom on 8 May 20 to arrange installation and connection. I received an sms from Telkom on 11 May 20 to confirm order. Various follow-ups with Telkom and Vumatel lead to nothing (only promises). I have received a router last week via courier (ex Telkom), but no contact from Vumatel. Emails sent to "Mark Michael" at Outbound Query <***>; and "cc" *** and telephone contact with area project manager. At a stage Telkom requested me to contact Vumatel (albeit that Telkom is my ISP!!!?). BEWARE to go the Vumatel/Telkom route as you will be send from one to the other with no result. I have given them notice to declare my request null and void if not connected by this Friday. Some of my neighbours (via other ISP's) have had their fiber connected in circa 2 -3 workdays after order!
