Vumatel fibre

Vumatel laid the Fibre in my building and was forced to use an ISP affiliated with them. Placed my order on the 26th of August 2021. Was promised installation in 7 to 14 days. Vumatel called and said they can only install on 28th of September. Then Telkom delivered the Router to my door with no explanation before the 28th. Tried calling Telkom & Vumatel for an explanation. Pushed from pillar to post. No results. Terrible service before we're even started. Didn't believe my friends that it will be a nightmare to deal with both. Thought I might be lucky. Will not recommend to anyone.
