Vumatel fibre

I wanted fibre from vumatel, their staff referred me to one of their service provider Wich is super Sonic and paid the amount of R395.00,I was told that once I've paid, the vumatel staff will come and install but until now. The is no installation that has taken place, I've called super Sonic but they tell me that it's the vuma staff will come.. I was referred to Buhle and Yusuf Abrams but the have also failed me and they are the ones who deal with Soweto problems for vuma.. I have paid for my fibre on the 8th of July 2021 but even now I don't have the fibre in my house I honestly don't know what to do now.. Pls help!!! I don't trust vumatel anymore they have disappointed me so much
