Vumatel Fibre

I had technicians activate my ONT for someone elses unit and now I cant get wifi due to it being shown as active so my ISP cant install, I have called Vox to do a line release as it was activated on their services however wrong unit and they directed me back to Vumatel and its been more than a week with no resolution! I work from home and LTE is horrible I need fibre however cant get anything due to my ONT being shown as active.
