Vumatel Fiber - poor service and connectivity issues

I have constant problems with my internet connection, it has been off 17 August for 2 to 3 days, again on the 21st August couple of days. I report the problem through my service provider and get little to no feedback on the fault. Currently it has been off since 2nd September. Have escalated the problem. Still no action or acknowledgment from Vumatel. This is very bad service.
