Vumatel fiber line down

My vumatel line has been down now for 3 days and i keep hearing the same story "A tech has been assigned to your line". I work from home and use my line for work. This means I have disappointed clients and will loose income. This is not an isolated issue has it is a hassle each time to get vumatel to repair a line each time it is down. Vumatel support is worse than Telkoms.
