Vumatel fiber installation

Vumatel has been installing fiber in my neighborhood for 4 months, advertising installations and wanting to sign people up from the beginning. After numerous mails to them and anything between 36 hours to a week's delay in response inquiring as to when my house can be connected, i still don't have any accurate answers, in Dec 2017 i was told i will be connected in the middle of Dec 2017, nothing happened, contacted them again, i was told middle Jan 2018, nothing happened, i contacted them again, i was told end of Jan 2018, at this point i told them i need to cancel my existing internet provider and that would entail 1 months notice, i was called and mailed by Vumatel with the assurance of end of Jan 2018 will be the date, i then cancelled existing provider, Still nothing, now i am told maybe middle Feb 2018. this is scary, as they are the only fiber installation company in my area of Horison Roodepoort in JHB, if they cant even install the basic infrastructure, how long will it take them to fix a line problem in the future if anything happens??????
