Vumatel - Fantastic Service

Very rare it is to have wonderful service from a company these days. Contrary to some of the reviews here, Vumatel have been awesome in all aspects of the installation of fibre in our home back in August. Firstly, they arrived early which is always awesome and managed to install the cables through what I admit is a rather complex lawn of ours. They installed the cables and were very polite in telling us what they were doing at each point of the install. When they completed the install, they cleaned up all mess that comes from the drilling etc and proceeded to tell us what they have done and what each installed item does. Really very good. Then the day after they had installed the fibre, we though that the "box" on the wall had a fault and we called Vumatel to inform them. They sent their crew to inspect within 3 hours which was great (there was no fault... we just thought that something was broken). Last week the fibre went down (problem with the provider) and i called Vumatel at 11PM and they answered and proceeded to check if there was a fault on their side and said that they would check with our service provider. Honestly, i am very impressed with Vumatel and will recommend them to anyone. Great service and always polite. 5/5.
