Vumatel false advertising

Placed an order on Vuma's website where the installation fee was zero. The service provided then wants to bill me an installation fee and says I should take it up with Vuma.

I call Vuma to view my order summary and they state that only they can see it. Then I'm advised that the order summary shows that indeed I agreed to being billed for installation costs.

This is false advertising. How does a company have one place order and confirm same without forwarding the order summary?
