Vumatel - failure to Commit!

How do you resolve an installation problem with Vumatel if you’re not able to communicate with them? I want to speak to an Installations Manager regarding my line which is broken and I’m told the end is now too short to connect into the box! They are insisting on laying a complete new cable at my expense when it’s not necessary! Help me please???
