It's been two weeks since the fibre and Router were installed. Connected without internet. Have called the call center everyday since, each time waiting up to 30 minutes . Each time I'm told that my problem has been escalated to he project team. If my internet issue is not addressed tomorrow, I'll personally go to your offices, wasting more of my time. I need answers
