Vumatel

Have been waiting for my fiber line to be installed through Vodacom via Vumatel. App**** for this on 31 July 2020. Vocacom have asked for a premis connection (?) from Vumatel in order to get installation. I have contacted Vodacom 4 times and each time they say they are waiting for Vumatel and will escalate the process. Five weeks later... still waiting.
