VUMATEL EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

They dont eve deserve one star, the worst service ever, after paying the premium the technicians came to my home said they will be outside looking for a pole to connect me to, they checked left and never came back so I had to call in and ask for another technician who came and checked and said its full they will refund me. Nobody initiated the refund I had to call in and ask for it on 17 March and Im told it takes 4-8 weeks to refund yet they want immediate payment before anything can be done, the staff are incompetant and cant even spell, you have to literally spell everything for them, USELESS!
