VUMATEL extremely bad service.....

I live in a set of cottages in Silvamonte Johannesburg. Yesterday the 29th August my neighbor had a problem with his line and got Vumatel out without notifying me. In the process Vumatel disconnected our fiber. My service provider is Afrihost. Vumatel also broke the box where the fiber is by our front gate. I am now sitting with no connection and no one wants to assist in fixing the line that wasn't even my fault in the first place as my neighbor caused the problem. I am so angry....
