Vumatel extremely bad service
Unfortunately our fiber was installed by Vumatel. Since yesterday (Sunday) afternoon there was a problem with the fiber. I have logged many calls the entire day today without any assistance!! Service is shocking!!

I called your offices again this morning, 28th January 2019 at 7:52AM. No technician has been assigned yet! I am not prepared to wait 4 days until someone decides to maybe contact me or have a look at my line! I have been without internet for 2 days now and it is unfair! I pay my subscription every month which isn't cheap and I am losing out with no having a service! I want this fixed today or I will continue to complain!
