VUMATEL EXPERIENCE

Vumatel is a ****. I paid them on the 2nd of May 2021 and they said they'll come and install the Fibre after a week or 2 I'm still waiting even today. I tried calling them to request a refund and they are telling me that they didn't receive my payment, tried sending POP they are still saying they didn't receive my payment. If anyone is thinking of signing up with them they should think again. Vumatel is a ****! ?
