Vumatel endless woes

Horrific service from installation department at vumatel.

Just over a month ago vumatel installed my fibre line however the installation workmanship is terrible.

I have on numerous occasions contacted vumatel but keep being informed that the ticket has been logged. No feedback is given to me.

If vumatel cannot fix these issues please remove your devices from my property and reimburse the funds I have paid you for this so called installation
