Vumatel

A month ago vumatel representatives were in Soweto Orlando East to register us so I signed up for them to call me then on the 11th of November 2021 they called me to ask for my ID number a minute I gave it to the lady who didn't say her name someone from the background told her to hang up for what I don't know.I tried calling the Vumatel line they send me pillar to post one consultant referred me to sales department and they couldn't help told me I should try option 2 and they will be able to identify who called me on that day but still that person send me to other department asking if I registered on line .All their consultants are very rude no one was willing to assist me they all *********** and they seem not to be sure about what they advising you with.On the 15th of November 2021 another consultant called me after I requested for them to call me the lady asked about my location and said someone from soweto will call me today its the 16th of November 2021 no one has called yet.I need someone to call me and I need Fibre in my house as soon as possible.
