Vumatel dysfunctional customer service

Most dysfunctional service system I have ever experienced over the phone. Have tried all morning to get hold of Vumatel service line. After holding for 20 minutes each time I am sent to voice mail and promised to be called back within the next 15 minutes. They have not made one attempt to call me back.
