Vumatel drops the ball on service

Vumatel have really dropped the ball this time (ISP:35194). After confirming that they would be deploying a reinstalation team to my place yesterday and them not following through on it is completely unacceptable. I have now been advised that they will only attend to it next week as their installation teams don’t work on weekends. These guys clearly have no care in the world for customer service.
