Vumatel down again
Just woke up to my fibre being down again. I have so much work to do and submit for this inconvenience.

03 Aug 2024, 08:55That is an inconvenience I dont have time for. Its time consuming and bad customer service to wake up to an interrupted service and I need to now make calls and whatsapps. This was not how I planned my day. To think i have to go through that every other month. No apology from you but ordering me on how to assist you do your job is distasteful to say the least.
