Vumatel don't want new business

We need to install vumatel infrastructure in our complex but there are no contact details for vumatel anywhere that actually work *** never gets answered, neither does ***. Their email bounced... So do you want business or not Vumatel.. Vox says that we need infrastructure to be installed before we can go to any ISP..
