Vumatel don't know what they are doing

Hey,

I have been moving my fiber package from my old house to my new house and last week the Vumatel agent that I was dealing with said that a technician would be coming to my house to check the hardware. I let them in and they said that everything was fine and it should be sorted in a day. I then call back a few days later to follow up and speak to a different agent and they dont have a record of the technician coming to my house and they also tell me that my area does not have coverage. WHO DID VUMATEL SEND TO MY HOUSE? How do my neighbors have fiber if there is no coverage? I dont think anything sinister is going on, even though i was very concerned when they told me but what is clear is that these people do not know what is happening and dealings with them will result in alot of wasted time and effort.
