Vumatel don't honour schedule times

We are converting to Fiber, and we had an appointment with Vumatel team to arrive at 7:30 todo the installation... it is now 11:40 and no one has arrived.

When called, the guy apologized that he was double booked.

Worst thing, is that I can ONLY go with Vumatel (no choice)... super worried about the rest of the journey now...
