Vumatel don't bother about their customer, they just are so lazy and unhelpful and leave customer with no connectivity!

There is currently no Vuma ONT box connected at my unit.

A new ONT box needs to be installed for my unit. I have been calling and requesting for a technician to come onsite and assist but no one from Vuma has responded that will help and send as someone out.

I have even sent pictures to them via email and messenger to show that there is no physical ont box on my unit and still no response from them.
