Vumatel doesn’t want to activate my fibre line with my new isp

I have been waiting 4 to 5 days for them to activate my line and they still haven’t giving me excuses all the time when I’m new isp forward everything to these guys they are telling me they putting me on hold it’s like they want money from me this company is so bad how will I know now what to do as they do not want to activate my line how do we remove them from our area ?
