VUMATEL DOESN'T VALUE OR TAKE ITS CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY!

I would just like to ask for a refund. My order went out almost a month ago, and still nothing, I understand there's been challenges but I also realise that my case has not received the proper attention...

If this is an indication of how you treat your customers then I want no part of it. Please pay back my money. I will find someone who can get internet for my business asap, I have an income to create and it relies a lot on decent Fibre. I thought Vuma can do that but perhaps they are not up to the challenge

I dont know if we're being treated this way because it's the township and nobody expects complaints or what. But I need that money in order to secure another service provider who will deliver on what they promised
