Vumatel doesnt fix fault
My Fibre internet has been down for 3 weeks now. This was since Vumatel did maintenance in my area. I cant get Vumatel to fix it. I phone my service provider, MWEB, they test, and log the fault to Vumatel. They "escalate" to Vumatel. I have wasted airtime on phoning MWEB. I have to buy extra mobile data because we're working from home. Avoid Vumatel. Vumatel is like a brick wall, no feedback

11 Jun 2021, 09:09I managed to find an email address on the Vumatel website to address complaints to, but the complaints email address is incorrect. It gives an "Undeliverable" response. So Sophy's reply is really pointless. Why bother? Vumatel is uncontactable.
