Vumatel doesn't care about its client's. Disgusting service with no honesty and integrity.

I paid for my fibre to be installed and however i have a huge problem with Vumatel. The installers were here and was advised of that they can only give me 30 meters of cable and then R25 per meter after that. They also advised that for any digging/drilling that i am to pay an additional R25 per meter. I was not advised on this when i app**** for Supersonic/Vuma. I have queried with a few of my neighbors who have opted to go with Vuma when installing fibre and all of them said everything was R399 or R395 depending on the service provider. None of them had to pay extra even tgough their installations were much more than 30 meters. The trouble got worse when I lodged a complaint with Supersonic who blatantly told me that Vumatel should've advised me about the terms and conditions and I must give them my banking details in order for them to lodge a refund request. I was never asked if I was no.1 told that extra costs may incur when the installation is done and no.2, the guy at Supersonic told me that i received a link with the Vumatel with the terms and conditions when I never did nor was told where to find them. I am not sure who are the bigger ********. Vumatel or the service providers/contractors. This is arrogant, digusting behaviour from the company. Truly disgusting.
