Vumatel doesn't care about his customers.
Vumatel, is a joke. The fact that they not even read the complains in HelloPeter.com tells you the level of service your can expect from Vumatel. I have a fibre connection from Vumatel via Vodacom in a complex in Fourways, Johannesburg. That line is down now since the 22nd of Jan. Actually half the complex doesn't have fibre connection Vodacom as well as MTN. But it seems that Vumatel doesn't care.
As with so many services in the counttry the service of Vodacom/Vumatel is also going down. At the moment I am strongly contemplating to start shopping for Starlink. That will solve everything.
