VUMATEL does not deliver!

I logged a request to move my connection in August. I was told i had to wait till the 1st September before they could install a ONT box at my new premises. Today is the 8th, i have escalated it multiple time with my ISP, but they say they cannot do anything until VUMATEL installs the ONT. its only suppose to take at the most a week, for installation. Its now passed that threshold and i still have no contact from VUMATEL, not even a courtesy call to say we are addressing, no communication what so ever. I am really disappointed as they are supposed to be "reliable and effective". IF anyone has another Fibre Service provider other than VUMA, i strongly suggest you use them rather, as this resource currently does not care about service delivery.
