Vumatel does it again

Surprise, surprise! My internet connection is down again. Last night my connection dropped. This morning I called Vumatel at 8:25 to find out what the problem is this time because the lights on the box and the router are all green. They checked the line and I was told to turn off the box at the plug while they fix it. The agent said she would call me in 20 minutes! Well it’s been an hour. No call, no connection, no service. Can’t say I am surprised! In February I was with connection for 2 weeks. I am assuming that’s how long I will have to wait again. And they will expect full payment!!!
