Vumatel do not meet SLA Requirements.

Vumatel are ***ards who hide behind service providers like Cool Ideas. When Vumatel does not meet their SLA agreements of fixing faults on my line after 4 days they go to ground- not responding to escalation. It’s despicable how they conduct business.
