Vumatel do not keep thier promises.

I have had my ONT installed today and as it was installed I recieved an sms stating there is a fault and I must wait 3+ days for it to be resolved? I had guys come here to splice apparently after I was told it's pre spliced by the first team and now I am sat unable to work as I work from home after I was assured I would be up today. This is unacceptable guys, I am now being double billed by Vox for a link that is ot working.
