VUMATEL - Do Not Contract With Them !!!

Hereunder detail of the 22nd support ticket opened regarding a fault on the service ... already down for 5 days with absolutely no response or effort to fix the problem.

ANOTHER DAY WITH NO MEANINGFUL RESPONSE AND NO SOLUTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have repeatedly reported this problem, ran through the whole check-up procedure with 4 technicians online still with no avail. I am disabled and the fiber is critical for my business, I am losing a huge part of my income as I cannot trade online. Finally last night after another session with a technician, it was established that the problem lies with Vumatel and they need to send a tech out to the site.

This was already established on Monday the 10th but to date with no response whatsoever.
