Vumatel do not care

Vumatel is the only fibre in my street and I have no choice but use them! I used them in the past, through 2 other service providers and I had to cancel and pay penalties due to me being throttled. I then needed a more stable service and a 1000 maps was offered by Vumatel through Webafrica to me 2 weeks ago which I accepted. (The line and the fibre decoder is still in place.) For unknown reason to me they can't or won't connect my line at all. All I hear is the last 8 days is that my service has been escalate! No direct communication from anyone. Pathetic service if you ask me!
