Vumatel - do better!!!!

Vumatel have been beyond difficult to deal with - a simple swop of an existing fibre line has taken several phone calls only to be told different things by each person I speak to. The attitude of certain of the call centre staff has left a lot to be desired. The communication as to next steps has been zero. Be better Vumatel !!
