Vumatel disregards customer request

<p>Vumatel have installed their junction box directly below a window of our house. This severely compromises our security as the junction box can easily be used as a foothold making it easy to hoist oneself into our house.</p> <p>I have asked Vumatel very nicely on two occassions via their website if they can move the junction box. These requests were sent before the pavement was tarred over and therefore would have been easier and cheaper at the time to move the box. To date my request has not been attended to. In the last communication from them they stated that it would cost them money to move the junction box. That was the end of it. This I feel is a wholly unsatisfactory reponse from them.</p>
