Vumatel disgusting service

Last week on Thursday I reconnected their wifi services and was told to pay first to get the password which I did. However, the connection wasn't successful as the router indicated an error. I informed them on this the very same day and they told me that they logged a ticket for a technician to come over. I've waiting for their technician to sort this out since last week Friday but no one came. I went to their office this morning in Madadeni (section 5) and was told the same story of technicians being unavailable. What kind of service is this? Very pathetic in my opinion and wouldn't recommend Vumatel to anyone.
