Vumatel- Disgusting Service

I have no words to describe how feel about vumatel. My OTN box has been down for 2 weeks which means I don't have internet for 2 weeks. On the 11 July 2022 @19:00 I received a call from a vumatel agent requesting for a access code as their technician was apparently outside my complex. We waited for hours still no one came through. Such disrespect! Does customer service mean anything to these people???!! No one has called ever since.
